Amina is the founder of Peace Begins at Home, an intergenerational dialogue training, a programme created to empower and build the capacity of younger and older people to promote better understanding across generations.

She speaks Somali, Arabic, Italian, French and English. In her role as an international advocate for peace, she uses her language and management skills to connect and inspire people to make a difference in the world. Amina has a Master’s degree in Equality and Diversity Policies.
