Initiatives of Change UK (IofC) is seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead a charity with a distinguished history into an exciting new phase of growth and impact.

Rooted in Christian principles and inspired by a century of work in peace-building, ethical leadership and community cohesion, IofC UK is evolving from a programme-delivery organisation to a collaborative, grant-making charity.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced and values-driven leader to shape an impactful future for a charity with a 100-year heritage, linked to a global network. Working closely with an international and engaged Board of Trustees, you will lead a small, dedicated team, develop strategic partnerships and establish IofC’s new identity as a trusted, effective and outward-looking grant-maker.
