Chetan is a Product Director at multi award-winning diversity specialist, Rare Recruitment. His role involves conceptualizing and building new software products to help employers to identify, hire and retain diverse talent. Chetan believes that we all have incredible potential that, if unlocked, can result in positive change in the world. Outside of work, Chetan is a Trustee for Yog Foundation – a Kent based charity that brings the community together to do good. He joined Initiatives of Change UK as a Trustee in early 2022.
