Lusa is an ordained Anglican priest who recently moved to be the first Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) Mission and Ministry Enabler for Leicester Diocese. He was previously Vicar of St Aidan’s, Gravesend, Kent in the Diocese of Rochester. He is married and has a daughter. His involvement with IofC initially came as a result of participating in the Faith in Leadership programme. Lusa’s forebears come from the Democratic Republic of Congo, and he has Belgian citizenship.
